How It Works
DONRCO uses Vulcan to receive submissions from industry partners, route those submissions to the right teams and problems, and notify potential partners of new Requests for Proposal or Information.
Phase 1: Register your organization. Phase 2: Submit your solution in respose to a Critical Need.
Phase One
Step 1
Visit DONRCO's Vulcan website. Select Create Account to begin.
Step 2
Select your access level, complete all the information associated with your organization, and create a password.
Step 3
After your registration is approved, you're ready to view DONRCO's open RFIs and submit your capabilities.
Registration confirmed? Now Submit your Solution.
Phase Two
Step 1
Browse the home screen to find open RFIs or, select the calendar in the top right corner to view RFIs by date.
Step 2
View Vulcan's tutorial video for tips on creating Scout Cards. Select an RFI and begin your submission.
Step 3
Watch your inbox for alerts when new requests go up. You can also view new notifications in the top right corner in Vulcan.
